Home Buyer Rebate Program
All buyers qualify whether you purchase a primary residence or investment/rental property with a minimum purchase price of $300,000. This is not a government tax credit program. It is a private real estate program that my broker allows their agents to offer. The program benefits all types of buyers including investors.
The rebate is credited to buyers at the close of escrow to go toward non-recurring closing costs.* There’s no need to file forms and wait for the rebate to arrive. Only buyers who use my services to purchase their property can participate in my rebate program.
Rebates are in accord with the scale below:

| $1,000,000 & Up | $8,000 |
